The place was pretty clean and had a good variety for breakfast. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly to everyone. They even offer free parking right here. it's all good vibes here! 🌟

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, The staff was very welcoming. And it was quiet.

Parking was very tight. They could use a few more spaces. Also could use more seating for breakfast. But I always found a parking spot, and one morning I just took my breakfast back to my room, so it all worked out.

Nice little picnic area along a stream behind hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean with plenty of towels and toiletries.

The desk clerk gave us incorrect information that caused our dinner experience to be very disappointing.

the staff at Best Western Alpenglo Lodge was outstandingly accommodating. the room was spotless and new-fashioned with central heating, a television, and a microwave oven. 3. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. 4. the breakfast was savory and large. 

Room location & room service

The hot tub was not very hot, & no towels were provided in the outside hot tub room.

The hotel is fantastic and great in a beautiful location. It is really close to the Mountain and many amazing restaurants. The room has a new-fashioned design and an exceptionally good view of the mountain. 

The room had great views. The breakfast was warm, large, and included good coffee, juice, and sausage. The hotel's location was convenient, right next to bus stops. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast had a bunch of options to choose from, which was great. I really liked how my double room had two Murphy beds – it was a smart setup. Plus, having a laundry in the room was super convenient.

Not enough seats for the breakfast. Staff was not always friendly.

We made reservations but had none when we arrived. Being put in the condo was not good. The bed was like a rock. Didn't sleep at all!

Room was nice and breakfast was good.

The room was dry, maybe install a humidifier.

The place is gorgeous and great. Excellent service, incredibly nice and very pleasant staff during stay. Updated room, exceptionally comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Quick check in, good prices. Free internet, parking on site. The outdoor bar onsite. I had a truly wonderful 

The hotel is amazing and fairly clean with respectful and thoughtful staff. The atmosphere of the property is friendly. The room is pet-friendly with 3 queen beds, also they can offer wake-up service.  

The breakfast here serves good coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage that are hot, and generous in portion size.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating all the time of my stay. They resolved the problem when I asked them to. There was a microwave oven and a refrigerator in a decent size room. My stay at Best Western Alpenglo Lodge in Winter Park was excellent thanks to the superb
